So a lot of you have been asking me and Ell what we eat for breakfast. Here is mine : ) Start with a plain Greek yogurt (I like Chobani and Fage) Drizzle honey on top Add a bit of wheatgerm and almond slivers for some crunch! (Confession – I do add a bit of whole grain granola with nuts and raisins) Top with whatever fruit you have (my favorites are berries, bananas, and mango!) Stir, eat, and enjoy! It’s super easy to throw together, very filling, and can easily be made for on-the-go!
