Three Seed Crunch

I saw this recipe in my Weight Watchers magazine that I thought I would share in case you want to add some tasty and healthy seeds to your favorite dishes or salads.

1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Oats

3 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed

2 Tbsp Chia Seed

2 Tbsp Raw Pumpkin, Hemp, or Sunflower Seeds

1 large egg white

1 tsp Chili Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Mix oats and seeds in a small bowl. Beat egg white, chili powder, and salt in a cup until blended. Add egg mixture to the seed mixture to coat. Spread seeds on pan and spray with nonstick spray. Bake until oats are golden brown and mixture is fragrant, 25 minutes, stirring one halfway through baking time. Cool in pan before use.
